**Job Location**: Penang Mainland

**Qualification**: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree

**JOB ROLE & SCOPE**:

- Process sales orders, prepare delivery order and sales invoices
- Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Properly complete paperwork
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks

**SOME REQUIREMENTS**:

- Language requirements: Proficient in spoken Chinese, English and Malay
- Good communication skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
