OVERVIEW

Bakhache, a leading jewellery house known for exquisite craftsmanship and exceptional designs is looking for a talented Sales Associate, Bakhache to join the team.

We are searching for a curious and charismatic Sales Associate, Bakhache to help us place crystal into the hearts and hands of our customers, join a team with passion and enthusiasm, and make our customers’ dreams come true.

To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales of the jewellery goals.

Represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business.

Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information about the product.

Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive the Sales

Work to hit individual sales and store target.

Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the Director of Sales. Achieve High Service

Standards

Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers.

Maintaining and upholding the company’s image as a prestigious and luxurious brand at all times.

Work with the Director of Sales to best handle customer complaints.

Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.

Ensure visual merchandising are implemented efficiently.

To comply with brand standards, and Company’s SOP.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)

Work Location: In person
