**Office Admin Job Scope1. General Administrative Support**
- Manage day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks.
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and packages.

**2. Document & Record Management**
- Prepare letters, memos, invoices, quotations, and reports.
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation of contracts, payment records, staff files, etc.
- Update company databases (e.g. customer, supplier, project records).

**3. HR & Staff Coordination**
- Manage staff attendance and leave records.
- Assist in recruitment processes (posting job ads, arranging interviews).
- Help onboard new employees and prepare employment documents.

**4. Finance & Payment Assistance**
- Record petty cash and staff claims.
- Assist in issuing invoices and follow up on payments.
- Prepare basic payment vouchers or bank-in slips (if required).
- Liaise with accountant on document submissions.

**5. Office Management**
- Ensure office cleanliness and supplies are maintained.
- Coordinate repairs or maintenance for office equipment.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, or service providers (e.g. cleaners, courier services).

**6. Project & Sales Coordination (Optional)**
- Follow up with clients on document collection or appointment reminders.
- Update project status tracking sheet.

**7. Customer Service**
- Greet visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer basic customer inquiries and direct them to the relevant departments.
- Handle minor complaints or escalate to relevant personnel.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,406.25 per month

Work Location: In person
