Job Descriptions
- To handle office administrative matters.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for superior/General Manager
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping using Excel.
- Provides administrative support to the superior/General Manager
- To perform any other tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management from time to time.
- Other ad-hoc tasks relating to Administrations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Above 1 year experience.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate and Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, PPT, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent spoken and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to converse in other language will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to discretion and confidentiality
- Knowledge and experienced in working in line with ISO 9001:2015 QMS standards.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
