**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Process Specialist** to join our Record to Report (R2R) team. This role involves managing various accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and fixed asset management, while ensuring compliance with established policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle journal entries and manage the general ledger effectively.
- Conduct and analyze balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accuracy.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure activities.
- Reconcile accounts using BlackLine, ensuring all open items are cleared.
- Review revenue adjustments, generate reports, and provide insights.
- Prepare key reports and analyses, including Aged Debt, Head Count, Risk Analysis, and Adjustments.
- Oversee accruals, prepaid accounts, and propose journal entries as necessary.
- Capitalize and manage fixed and intangible assets in SAP in accordance with policy guidelines.
- Record and account for technology assets, ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, fixed assets, and closing processes.
- Experience with SAP or S/4HANA is a plus.
- Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
