**Lead R2R team by providing coaching and supervision for efficient and productive operations. To ensure effective and efficient finance operation (financial month-end closing, reporting and balance sheet reconciliation.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth daily R2R operations and ensure timely closing activities and reporting packages to Japan HQ.
- Ensure compliance internal controls, accounting policies, and group reporting requirements.
- Align with process owners or other country best practices to drive the process standardization and efficiency.
- Work closely with finance team and have periodic meetings to detect/solve accounting related issues for mitigation and continual improvement.
- Perform the 100% Balance sheet account review and sub modules reconciliations, and make sure there is no significant risk and exposures related with compliance and Internal control.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to encourage positive staff development, engagement, and talent retention.
- Train and coach team members regularly on operation work for compliance with Desktop Procedures (DTP) and meeting KPIs.
- Support Internal and External Audit schedules and queries.
- Assist on ad-hoc project as & when required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration and/or other professional accounting qualification.
- At least 5 years of working experience in accounting functions and has supervised a team.
- R2R experience, with hands-on experience in designing/drafting DTP (Desktop Procedures) and project implementation is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, interpersonal skills
- Collaborative with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and cross functional engagement.
- Attitude and aptitude to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
