**Responsibilities**:

- Propose ideas for and produce engaging video content for social media and ads
- Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including social media updates, articles, videos, infographics, and more (Tiktok, Instagram, 小红书(XHS), etc)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, conduct market research, and gather data to inform content creation and ensure it remains competitive and relevant.
- Manage and grow social media accounts by creating and posting engaging content, monitoring audience engagement, and responding to comments.
- Collaborate with designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing content, including images, graphics, and videos.
- Develop and manage a content creation calendar in line with the brands managers’ monthly content plan to ensure that all content is published on a regular and consistent basis.
- Work closely with chefs and restaurant staff to showcase food and beverage offerings in a visually appealing and enticing manner.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content across all marketing channels, and use insights to inform future content creation strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
- Strong portfolio of work showcasing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, including chefs, restaurant staff, and marketing teams.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
- Proficiency in Mandarin preferred (Mandarin content writing task)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Passion for the hospitality and food industry and a creative mindset to develop innovative and compelling content.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
