**Job Descriptions**:

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, and implement appropriate repair solutions.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify potential problems and take proactive measures.
- Follow maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and equipment lifespan.
- Collaborate with the production team to minimise downtime and maintain continuous operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the overall condition of equipment.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and practices.

**What we are looking for**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role within the **manufacturing** industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues.
- Knowledge on programmable logic controller (PLC), electrical and hydraulic system will be added advantage.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of production equipment and machinery.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
