A Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping a facility operating and repairing any problems when they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen. Require to perform a wide range of repair tasks around a facility. Tasks a Building Maintenance Technician may be called upon to do include:

- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage
- Repairing broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs
- Maintaining the building equipment, tools and appliance in order to keep the facility functioning properly
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries

**Requirements**:

- **SPMV / SKM / Any related Certs.**:

- Electrical skills
- Problem identification & problem solving skills
- Willing to travel
- Handyman skills
- Problem identification & problem solving skills

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technician: 1 year (required)
