**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and repair activities of the office premises.
- Monitor cleaner's work to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
- Take responsibility for the care and maintenance of company assets (such as company car, lift, cabinets and etc).
- Develop and implement asset tracking systems to monitor usage, repairs, and replacements.
- Manage and replenish office supplies, ensuring availability for all employees.
- Help to setup office equipment or support HR & Admin Team in designated office premises.
- Other duties and assignments to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to supervise and monitor workers.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
