**Job Summary**
The position is responsible for all front office functions and team members.
- Areas of responsibility includes Bell Staff, Front Office Operations and Guest Services/Front Desk.
- As a department head, directs and works with managers and front office team to successfully execute all front office function while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Carry out procedures to maintain an efficient guest check in and check out process
- Strives to continually improve guest satisfaction and departmental performance by leading the front office team, providing guidance and support while continuously motivating them to perform at their fullest potential.
**Prerequisites**:
- Speaks English fluently (Bilingual skills would be an added plus)
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Words, Power Point, Outlook)
- Experience in hotel system (i.e. Oracle-Opera) Microsoft Office
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for customer care
- Excellent interpersonal and Guest management skills, strong business communication skills
**Education**:
- Bachelor in Hotel Management, or similar discipline
**Experience**:
At least 5 years’ management experience in similar role managing a team in 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
