WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

To support the Director, Partnership Distribution Academy to build a Center of Excellence with the capacity and capabilities to develop world-class sales professionals and leaders who consistently achieve business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- _ Lead and manage end-to-end learning process which includes:_
- _ Identify training needs of stakeholders in line with individual and business needs_
- _ Design, develop and deliver programs or initiatives to achieve business objectives and outcomes; update and enhance programs when necessary_
- _ Evaluate and gather feedback to determine effectiveness_
- _ Track and measure the impact of learning on the individuals and the business_
- _ Carry out Train-the-Trainer (TTT) when needed_
- _ Leverage on technology and digital platforms in any and all aspects of training where possible_
- _ Research best practices and explore tools, technology, platforms, and methodologies to ensure programs deliver intended results_
- _ Plan and organize training programs including compliance, procurement, communication, infrastructure, administration, and logistics_
- _ Lead or support the development and execution of projects, maintain project documentation and communication to ensure successful achievement of business objectives_
- _ Coach and develop team members and colleagues as and when needed_
- _ Liaise with Bank Partners as and when necessary_
- _ Perform other duties to meet operational and business needs as and when assigned_

Minimum Job Requirements:

- Degree holder with at least 3 years’ experience in Training, preferably in financial institutions
- Experience in design, development, and delivery of face-to-face and virtual training
- Familiar with training content development tools such as Articulate
- Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Able to prepare and upkeep training-related materials using software such as Ms Office
- Ability to develop digital learning materials is an added advantage
