About the Role

Responsible for strategic manpower planning and execution to achieve the business goal for both Bancassurance and Direct Marketing channel within Partnership Distribution.

FEBC (Financial Executive - Bancassurance) Recruitment & Development:

- Strengthening Talent Attraction and Onboarding for FEBC manpower growth under Bancassurance channel.
- Work closely with Bank Partner HR and internal stakeholders on recruitment planning, progress tracking and process improvement initiative.
- Manage and coordinate recruitment screening activities, i.e. phone / face-to-face screening, interview arrangements, etc.
- Conduct regular engagement with Banca Sales Team as well as business partner to identify sales force requirement and to ensure optimize headcount placement.
- Conduct regular FE Manpower recruitment and retention analysis to support and identify key actions for improvement of quality recruitment.
- Explore alternative recruitment activities to improve quality and cost efficiency recruitment, including organize Career Talks, Campus Recruitment activities, Career Fairs, etc.
- Increase Recruiting Agencies for better recruitment reach out.
- Campus Recruitment penetration to build long-term recruitment pipeline.

Apprenticeship Programme:

- To recruit, build and develop a group of quality sustainable professional FEBC channel to Public Bank.
- Work closely with Bank Partners (HR & Sales Team) and PD-Academy Apprenticeship Team to identify sales force requirement and to ensure optimize headcount placement.

Recruitment & Development for PD-Direct Marketing (DM) channel (for all the contract positions including TSRs, Sales Coaches, QAEs, etc.):

- Strengthening Talent Attraction and Onboarding for manpower growth under PD-DM channel.
- To deliver the new hires especially for TSRs position as per PD-DM’s manpower plan.
- Work closely with PD-DM’s stakeholders on recruitment planning & execution, progress tracking and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular engagement with stakeholders from PD-DM to identify sales force requirement and to ensure optimize headcount placement.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment & onboarding process including interview arrangements, complete the hiring process in Workday, etc.

Administrative related tasks
- Actively involved in any Administration tasks including FE's licensing (register/ renew/ termination), update FE Recruitment reports/ dashboard, pre-employment screenings, etc.
- Work closely with AIA HR Team on HR related matters including onboarding, induction training, employee benefits, contract renewal/ termination, offboarding, etc.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related disciplines.
- 5 years' of relevant working experience in Recruitment of sales related positions.
- Experience in Campus Recruitment/ mass Recruitment activities will be an added advantage.
- Dynamic, good interpersonal skills and a team player, multi-tasking, self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Strong computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Word-processing, PowerPoint.
- Good command of written and oral communication skills.
