Core Responsibilities:

- **Sales**:

- Generating leads and prospecting potential customers.
- Presenting and demonstrating trucks to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiating sales prices, financing options, and other terms of the sale.
- Closing sales and completing necessary paperwork.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Sales Skills**: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills are essential.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are crucial.
- **Product Knowledge**: A good understanding of trucks, their features, and benefits is necessary.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with sales software, CRM systems, and other tools used in the sales process is helpful.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues is vital.
- **Professionalism**: Maintaining a professional demeanor and representing the company effectively are key.
- **Experience**: While not always required, prior experience in sales, particularly in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry, is often preferred.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
