- Updating customer information accurately

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Chinese (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
