Fit Out Executive is responsible for creating and implementing store design concepts and layouts that align with the brand and enhance the customer experience. This role involves producing detailed technical drawings and 3D renderings to guide the execution of store renovations, new stores, and overseeing the design process from concept to completion.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement store design concepts and layouts and produce full set drawings with 3D.
- Research and source materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with the project's design concept, budget, and functional requirements.
- Assist in monitoring contractor performance and vendor deliveries to meet design, quality, and safety specifications.
- Coordinate with team members to collect, review, and consolidate necessary documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the project manager in overseeing and tracking renovation activities to ensure they align with the project schedule and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the effective implementation of display concepts that enhance brand image and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of special projects with ongoing operations.

**QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE**
- **Fresh graduates are welcome to apply**:

- Diploma/Degree in architecture/interior design or any related study.
- Preferably 1 years working experience in retail industry.
- Must be good in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, and any other design software.
- Own transport/drive.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Self-discipline and able to work under pressure.
- Hands-on, proactive, and taking ownership of her/his responsibility.

**COMPETENCIES / KNOWLEDGE / SKILL**
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to address design and implementation challenges.
- Knowledge of store design, layouts, and visual merchandising.
- Familiarity with materials, finishes, and fixtures.
- Creative eye for designing functional and attractive store layouts.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
