**Main Responsibilities**:
To assist the Head of Quality Control Department to carry out and coordinate **quality control and quality assurance** activities of **wheat flour products** that include:

- To assure the functionality of lab equipment and accuracy of lab testing.
- To ensure the compliance of incoming raw materials, in-process and out-going products to expected quality and specifications.
- To handle activities pertaining to Quality and Food Safety Management Systems, i.e.: documentation, audits, etc.
- To control and manage the inventory of lab consumables, apparatus and chemicals.
- To assist in any R&D study.
- To ensure lab activities are carried out in accordance to safety requirement

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, both oral & written.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 as well as working experience in food manufacturing environment are added advantages.
