**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Manager and enforce effective companywide systems and procedures to ensure that products are manufactured in full compliance with applicable standards, directives, regulations and legislative requirements.
- Responsible to ensure the internal audits, system updates and documentation in line with FSSC 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
- Responsible to ensure the executive certificate & compliance execute and coordinate external audit including customer audit and certification audit.
- Carry out supplier audit as planned in the approved Supplier Audit Schedule.
- Review the external audit findings and work with Process, Packing, Logistic, Engineering and other relevant departments to assure the implementation of corrective actions.
- Work with relevant departments to assure the implementation of corrective actions.
- Work with relevant department to determine GMP requirements, the execution and follow up.
- Deal with suppliers on compliance concerns. This will include conducting investigations on non
- conformance and recommending corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.
- Quality Control
- To continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.
- Review client QC requirements and ensure that quality control documentation for a project meets contractual requirements.
- To comply with any instruction/ regulation/ requirement or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by company or under OSH Act 1994 or any regulation made thereunder.
- Any other duties within job functions that may be assigned.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM9,600.00 per month
