**Summary**:

- Receiving prescriptions from patients.
- Preparing medications according to prescriptions, including accurately measuring the correct dosage and ensuring the right medication is dispensed.
- Preparing medications in various forms such as tablets, capsules, liquids, or creams.
- Providing explanations on how to properly use medications, including dosage, timing, and potential side effects.
- Advising patients on possible drug interactions and warnings regarding health risks.
- Offering guidance on over-the-counter medications such as vitamins, supplements, or other health products.
- Ensuring patient records and medication records are updated accurately.
- Managing inventory and ensuring that medications in the pharmacy are safe and not expired.
- Assisting doctors or other healthcare professionals in making decisions about suitable medications for patients.
- Providing up-to-date information on newly approved medications and emerging treatment methods.
- Ensuring that all medications received and dispensed meet the required quality standards.
- Ensuring medication safety by preventing errors in preparation and dispensing.
- Offering guidance and training to pharmacy assistants or other staff members in their duties.
- Ensuring that the pharmacy operates according to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Monitoring the management of medication costs, ensuring purchases are in line with needs and budget.
- Arranging procurement to ensure a steady supply of medications.

**Education Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (recognized by the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia)
- Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia
- Completed one-year clinical training (internship)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
