Key Responsibities:

- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and utility equipment.
- Inspect, diagnose and carry out basic repairs on mechanical and electrical faults.
- Conduct basic welding (arc/MIG/TIG) for repair or modiciation of equipment or support structures.
- Ensure all maintenance work complices with food safety, hygiene standards (e.g., GMP) and company SOPs.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery or production lines.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update service logs.
- Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to minimize production disruption.
- Support utilities maintenance such as air compressor systems, water supply and electrical panels.
- Keep tools, spare parts, and maintenance equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality teams to ensure machinery meets product quality standards.

Job Requirements:

- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in factory maintenance (preferably in food manufacturing)
- Basic knowledge and experience in welding and electrical troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiar with food safety and hygiene practices (e.g. GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000) is an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on shift, weekends or during emergencies when required.

Salary Range:

- Entry-level (1 - 2 years experience): RM1800 - RM2500
- Mid-level (2-5 years experience): RM2500 - RM3200
- Senior-level / Multi-skilled technician (5+ years): RM3200 - RM4000+

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
