**Maintenance**:

- Supervise the daily work of maintenance technicians in a high mix low-volume metal stamping facility.
- Schedule and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses (mechanical and hydraulic), feed lines, automation, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns involving press equipment, dies, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Support and coordinate die maintenance activities with the tool & die department.
- Ensure that all machinery and equipment meet safety and operational standards.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments to resolve equipment-related issues and support process improvements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Manage and train a team of maintenance technicians and ensure their continued technical development.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services, installations, or equipment upgrades.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
