**Key Responsibilities:Livestream Hosting**:

- Host regular live sessions to promote and demonstrate electrical products (e.g., air fryers, vacuum cleaners, smart gadgets).
- Clearly explain product features, functions, and benefits in an engaging and convincing manner.
- Interact with viewers in real time — answer questions, respond to comments, and maintain high engagement.

**Content Preparation**:

- Plan livestream schedules and product scripts in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
- Coordinate with the product team to understand key USPs and technical specifications.
- Prepare products, demos, and setup before each livestream session.

**Sales & Promotion**:

- Drive real-time conversions through persuasive communication and promotional tactics (discount codes, flash sales, bundles).
- Meet KPIs related to sales, viewer engagement, and livestream frequency.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to track performance and improve future shows.

**Brand Representation**:

- Maintain a professional and positive image aligned with the company’s branding.
- Serve as the face and voice of the brand for livestream audiences.

**Post-Stream Activities**:

- Review performance analytics after each session.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future livestreams.
- Assist with content repurposing (e.g., product highlight clips, behind-the-scenes content).

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 1 year of livestreaming, sales, or hosting experience (preferred in e-commerce or consumer electronics).
- **Language**: Proficient in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia (depending on market).
- **Skills & Traits**:

- Confident, well-spoken, and camera-friendly
- Strong product presentation and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to multitask and think quickly during live sessions
- Knowledge of consumer electronics is a strong advantage
- **Others**: Willing to work evenings, weekends, or public holidays based on campaign needs

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
