We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our café as part of the Kitchen Crew. You will play a crucial role in food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the café’s kitchen.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in creating new menu items or improving current ones.

**Kitchen Operations**:

- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.

**Hygiene and Cleanliness**:

- Keep the kitchen area clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per regulations.

**Teamwork and Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with other kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
