As a Sales Executive at travel and tours company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our range of travel and tour packages to businesses in the travel industry. This role involves a combination of proactive sales initiatives, client engagement, and strategic planning to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the travel industry, including travel agencies, tour operators, and other potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and preferences, providing them with tailored travel packages and solutions.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Product Promotion and Knowledge:
Stay updated on the company's travel products, services, and offerings.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of various travel packages and promotions to clients.
Conduct presentations, workshops, and training sessions for clients to showcase new products or services.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials, promotional campaigns, and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with other departments such as operations and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
Generate regular sales reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales within the travel industry, preferably in a travel or tour company is a plus
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in MS Office,
6. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
7. Weekend Travel Event (Extra Allowance)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
