**Responsibilities**:
**Assistant Manager - Accountants**
**Requirements**:
- **Degree / Advance Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.**:
- **Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience**:
- **Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.**:
- **Familiar with property management accounting software, e.g., CSS, would be an advantage**:
- **Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).**:
- **Able to work with minimum supervision.**:
- **Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, fast learner, and responsible.**:
- **Knowledge of Strata Management Act 2013, and Strata Titles Act 1985 shall be an added advantage**
- **Assist manager in the monitoring and coordination with the accounting team on the timely submission of monthly management accounts for clients**:
- **Assist the manager in reviewing the monthly management accounts**:
- **Assist the manager in liaising with Building Managers in preparing budget reports and analysis**:
