We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities within your designated region, including but not limited to direct store delivery, account management, and new client acquisition. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding our brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they are achieving their sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding tobacco sales.
- Prepare regular reports on regional sales performance and market analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the tobacco industry or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
