**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in preparing ingredients, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating proteins.
- **Cooking Assistance**: Support senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes according to restaurant standards.
- **Kitchen Organization**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
- **Stock Management**: Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
- **Hygiene & Safety Compliance**: Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- **Learning & Development**: Take initiative to learn new cooking techniques, recipes, and kitchen procedures from senior chefs.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely food preparation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary training is a plus but not required.
- Passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
