**Position: Content Strategist (Hybrid)**

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Work From Home: Every Friday
- Alternate Saturday (if needed )

**Job Scope**
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok**.
- Plan, develop, and execute engaging content strategies, including **monthly content calendars**.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and produce content (including content shooting).
- Review, refine, and approve content before publishing to ensure quality and consistency.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPI)**
- Achieve an average of **5K views per content** across company platforms.
- Consistently produce content with **TikTok FYP and trending potential**.
- Generate **organic leads from content** (target**:35 leads per day**).

**Requirements / Skills**
- Creative thinker with strong **storytelling and scriptwriting** abilities.
- Experience in **social media content creation** and **digital marketing strategies**.
- Familiar with current **social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement**.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
