**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals, target audience, and brand voice.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience, and leverage these insights to create compelling content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, design, and development, to ensure seamless content creation and delivery.
- Optimize content for search engines, social media sharing, accessibility, and user experience, using SEO best practices and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar or editorial plan, outlining the creation, publication, and distribution of content across different platforms.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant metrics and tools, and make data driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing, and incorporate them into our content strategy.
- Ensure consistency, brand voice, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all content initiatives.
- Establish guidelines, standards, and processes for content creation, approval, and maintenance to ensure efficiency and quality.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing setting.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to grammar and style guidelines.
- Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive content decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
