Area of Responsibilities

1. Perform monitoring and health check; maintain and verify the integrity, performance and availability of all hardware/server resources/systems/network.


2. Perform configuration, troubleshooting and log analysis during problem or when issues arise


3. Engineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of networks and information


4. Implement common preventive maintenance practices for hardware and/or software.




7. Work with stakeholders, other technical teams and customer to gather business and technical requirements and design / deliver enterprise level solutions


8. Work collaboratively with other stakeholders, other technical teams and customer to implement new technology or support existing technology/solution/activity


9. Perform day-to-day work adherence to security policies and best practice


10. Create and update technical documentation of operating procedures as needed.


11. Provide comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancement


12. Provide comprehensive performance report for hardware/server resources/systems


Job Requirements

1. Minimum 3 years in Infrastructure engineering or information security experience is required
