Asst Mgr Workforce Mgmt Support 1

Responsible to formulate and develop organizational capability consistently so as to support Workforce Management & Portal Services goals through the provision of Solution Design strategies.
Area of Responsibilities
1. Provide overall system support to all Workforce Mgmt & Portal Services users by attending to queries, navigate around the system and able to guide users to use the system
2. Ensure problems are logged in SOLMAN/IRIS, investigated, analyzed and resolved within the agreed timeline.
3. Perform system requirement gathering and study.
4. Perform system maintenance and system functional configuration for Workforce Mgmt & Portal Services related development.
5. Develop functional specification for Workforce Management & Portal Services based on agreed solution design.
6. Perform development for Business Enhancement (BE) or fixes in the current system using current technology (programming language) or other solutions.
7. Develop test scripts and perform unit testing and SIT.
8. Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT).
9. Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of functionality issues and problems.
10. Manage transport request to ensure job development is successfully transported to all Workforce Mgmt & Portal Services environment (DEV, QAS, PRD).
11. Prepare training material for Workforce Management & Portal Services module.
12. To execute interface/integration activities to ensure exception error on error management being resolved successfully within the agreed timeline.
13. Always keep updated with the latest technology, tools and landscape of current Workforce Management & Portal Services environment.
14. Develop and update related documentations and procedures according to the agreed standards.
15. Provide solution or clarification to users.
16. Knowledgeable & skilled in mobile app development (android & iOS) is an advantage.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 2 years in Working experience in system development and Business Process Knowledge on HR & Training.
