To assist the preparation of financial statement and report in accordance with TM Business Process & Guidelines, TM Finance guidelines and process and in accordance with IFRS accounting standards and regulation. To monitor and tracking the monthly, quarter and yearly closing of account to ensure comply with the statutory requirement. To assist, support, tracking and monitor the submission of financial statement to group finance consistent within the timeline and accuracy. Able to advice on financial reporting structure in accordance with the matrix mapping in line with group direction.
Area of Responsibilities
1. Prepare, track and monitor the relevant document for monthly/ quarterly/yearly closing to ensure completeness and comply with process and procedure.
2. Prepare and analyze the revenue and cost extraction by segment/ region for distribution.
3. Prepare the consolidation financial data by segment/ region during monthly, quarterly and yearly submission.
4. Prepare the monthly reporting deck performance such as Business Performance Reporting (BPR) and Operational Committee Meeting (OCM).
5. Provide financial information and detail justification to other business unit on the achievement or variance for revenue and cost
6. Proactively query the relevant business unit to justify and finding the root cause for revenue and cost gap.
7. Prepare and submit the Recurrent Related Party Transaction (RRPT), Bank Negara trade exposure and Investor Relation report.
8. Involvement in end to end process for any changes in financial instrument ie MFRS15/MFRS16.
9. Prepare the monthly tracking financial report to external unit for any specific project / initiatives.
10. Assist and provide relevant information for external / internal view such as audit field.
11. Able to advise and assist external parties related to product code, GL code and cost center mapping for BW and BCS
12. Assist to support any required information by group / management and other parties such as Transformation office.
