We’re searching for a story-driven content creator who can make fruit feel epic and brand love go viral—across every platform from Instagram and TikTok to LinkedIn and Xiao Hong Shu.

You know great marketing isn’t just “posting.” It’s strategic storytelling that moves numbers, minds, and hearts. You’ll shadow the CEO, capture real-time lessons on corporatization, AI adoption, and fruit mastery, then craft content that educates customers, inspires employees, and attracts top talent.

You might be the sort who
- Drafts a TikTok script while taste-testing mangoes—and edits it before lunch.
- Manages IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and Xiao Hong Shu like an air-traffic controller.
- Turns SKU-margin data into a cheeky infographic (“Why this apple costs more than your latte”).
- Uses ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva Magic, and scheduling tools to 10× output—because tools = leverage.
- Tracks reach, saves, and click-through like a mini CMO, tweaking content until it scores.

This role gives you
- Direct access to the CEO—front-row seat to every key initiative.
- Ownership of all digital channels for Hoi Yong and the CEO’s personal brand.
- Weekly creative sprints tied to milestones: new suppliers toured, SOPs revamped, AI wins.
- A budget and freedom to test formats—podcasts, carousels, livestream fruit tastings.
- KPI targets that matter: audience growth, brand mentions, qualified leads, employer-brand visibility.

You’ll thrive if you have
- 1 - 3 yrs in digital marketing / content creation.
- A portfolio that proves you can storyboard, shoot, edit, write and grow accounts.
- Hands-on skills in video editing (CapCut/Adobe), design (Canva/Illustrator) & social analytics.
- Curiosity for agri-food, wellness, or tech. Bonus: paid-ads chops & Mandarin/Bahasa.
