Position: Human Resource Cum Admin

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM3,000
Working Hours:

- Sunday - Thursday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Friday (WFH: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM)

Location: Upper Floor, No. 1340, Taman Serai Wangi, Jalan 13/6, 09400 Padang Serai, Kulim, Kedah

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Human Resource Cum Admin to manage the company’s daily HR and administrative operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and able to handle HR matters, employee records, and basic administrative and finance-related tasks professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**

1) Manage overall HR functions including employee records, leave, medical leave, overtime, attendance, and personal files
2) Prepare all HR-related official letters such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination letters
3) Assist in payroll processing by checking attendance, overtime, claims, and data accuracy
4) Manage onboarding for new employees including contracts, company policies, orientation, and job briefing
5) Monitor employee discipline, performance, and attendance while ensuring compliance with company SOP
7) Conduct phone screening/basic interviews and prepare hiring status reports for management
8) Prepare staff work schedules together with the manager based on daily operational needs
9) Ensure compliance with employment laws such as the Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
10) Coordinate staff claims such as overtime, transportation, meal allowance, and other staff-related matters
11) Plan and coordinate training, team-building activities, and employee engagement programs
12) Oversee company documents such as licenses, permits, SSM, insurance, and all HR records
13) Prepare HR reports, disciplinary reports, turnover analysis, and periodic operational reports
14) Handle administrative tasks including official communication, documentation, meetings, petty cash, and invoice/bill checking
15) Prepare basic financial reports (sales report, payment list, simple P&L, cash flow) and liaise with auditors, banks, MARA, LHDN, EPF, and SOCSO

**Requirements**:
1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field
2) Experience in HR/Admin is an added advantage
