**Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (2-Month Contract)**
**Location**: Legasi Kampong Bharu, Kuala Lumpur
**Contract Duration**: 2 months

OMNII Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and organized **Personal Assistant** for a 2-month contract to support our Managing Director in the successful execution of the **Kampong Bharu: 124 Years of History** project.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Managing Director.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in coordinating event logistics for Kampong Bharu: 124 Years of History.
- Assist with documentation and follow-up tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Available for immediate start and able to commit for the full 2 months.
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
