Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Personal Assistant based in Elmina, Shah Alam with remote work. The Personal Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and appointments, coordinate daily activities, and handle clerical tasks as needed. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders is an integral part of this role. The candidate will ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide organizational assistance to ensure the success of key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
- Ability to perform Clerical tasks with attention to detail
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in productivity and scheduling tools, such as Microsoft Office and calendar management software
- Adaptable with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree or prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
