Job Responsibilities
· Personal Assistance and Task Management
Provide high-level personal and professional support to senior management, including managing daily priorities, handling reminders, running errands, and coordinating both business and personal tasks efficiently.
· Financial Document Handling
Review and organise financial statements, invoices, and receipts; ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and flag any inconsistencies for further review.
· Administrative and Office Support
Perform general administrative duties such as managing emails, preparing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and supporting smooth office operations.
· Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up
Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Assist in compiling reports and presentation materials.
· Liaison and Confidential Support
Act as a trusted point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a PA or administrative role, preferably with accounting exposure.
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
· Ability to work independently and under pressure.
