What You Will Do

  • Assist to manage the Director's day-to-day operational matters
  • Managing public relations and coordinating reception arrangements for guests and investors with the team
  • Assist the Director in researching and following up with action
  • Organise meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
  • Making appointments, travel arrangement/VISA, coordinating business schedules, itinerary, minutes of meetings, itinerary and general correspondence
  • Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director and/or immediate family members of the Director as instructed
  • Maintain Director's office systems, including data management and filing
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with digital tools.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Professional demeanor, resourceful, and proactive in anticipating needs.
