  • Manage and maintain the Group Finance Director's calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements such as flight bookings, accommodation, visa applications, transport and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the Director and internal departments, as well as external parties, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, documents, and presentations on behalf of the Director.
  • Track deadlines, pending approvals, and follow up on tasks across different teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects, research, and data compilation as required.
  • Proactively identify potential issues, propose solutions, and ensure seamless workflow for the Director.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

1) Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

2) Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar supporting role.

3) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise confidently across departments and with external stakeholders.

5) Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented personality with strong attention to detail.

6) High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

7) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
