- Manage office operations, ensuring efficiency in day-to-day activities.
- Oversee document and record management, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for senior management and team meetings.
- Track expenses, manage budgets, and monitor attendant performance.
- Assist with functions across other departments, including HR, Accounts, Tenancy, and SPAC.
- Coordinate and plan events (administrative tasks).
- Provide general support to senior management in various operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Administration, Business Studies, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
