**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Assist in creating and editing marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and engaging content that aligns with the organization's branding and messaging.

**Social Media Management**
- Working with Social Media agency, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Stay informed about social media trends and recommend strategies to increase the organization's online presence.

**Event Coordination**
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as product launches, webinars, conferences, or trade shows.
- Coordinate logistics, communicate with vendors, and ensure the smooth flow of events.

**Market Research**
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for the organization.
- Assist in analyzing data to make informed recommendations for marketing strategies.

**Data Management**
- Maintain and update customer databases, mailing lists, and other marketing-related information.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

**Collaboration**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

**Competencies and Skills**

Technical Competencies/Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of marketing tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.

Personal & Interpersonal Competencies/Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluent English speaking, reading & writing, mandatory

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
