**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day park operations and team performance.
- Lead departments including customer service, safety, maintenance, and events.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, SOPs, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Handle budgeting and operational reporting.
- Respond to customer feedback and plan seasonal events/promotions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experienced in theme park, F&B, hotel, or entertainment operations.**:

- Strong leadership, organization, and customer service focus.
- **Able to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.**:

- Basic knowledge of safety, maintenance, and event operations.
- **Proficiency in English/ Bahasa is required**; Mandarin is a plus.
- Experienced in staff hiring and team development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
