Responsible assist in managing, coordinating and monitoring project management.
- Connect with various parties involved with the project, including clients, government agencies, consultants, contractors, suppliers.
- Attend progress meetings to ensure the implementation and progress of the project according to the schedule of work.
- Responsible in preparing documentation related to projects.
- To ensure every work carried out on site.
- Involve in preparation paperwork of tender IT.
- To assist in general admin works.

- Strong leadership and liaison skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills especially with client, supervisor or management
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates Diploma (Assistant) and Degree (Assistant/PROTEGE) are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Power Point, MS Project

**Trainee PROTEGE will undergo 12 months programs**:

- Soft Skill Training for one 2 weeks.
- On Job Training for 11 months and 2 weeks

**Ability to Travel (Project Site)**:

- DBKL
- LPK

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
