**Job Title**:AIOps Development Architect**

**Key Responsibilities**

Product Development & Technical Leadership:

- Architect and build core AIOps modules**:CMDB**, **DCIM**, **Automation**, **Observability**.

Global Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with teams across **Malaysia**, **Singapore**, and other global regions.
- Standardize architecture and drive **engineering best practices**.

Customer & Business Engagement:

- Integrate AIOps capabilities into Lenovo cloud/infrastructure products.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and solution teams to fulfill customer needs.
- Support **pre-sales**, **solution design**, and **customer pilots**.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in **Computer Science**, **Software Engineering**, or a related field.
- **8+ years** in enterprise software development & architecture.
- Deep domain knowledge in **AIOps**, **CMDB**, **Observability**, **Automation**, and **DCIM**.
- Strong proficiency in **Java**, **Spring**, **Spring Cloud**.
- Experience with **PostgreSQL**, **MySQL**, **Docker**, **Kubernetes**, and **CI/CD**.
- Familiar with **DevOps**, **Agile/Scrum**.
- Exposure to **AI/ML** and **GenAI** technologies is a **plus**.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** (Mandarin is a plus).
- Experience working across **global and cross-functional teams**.
- Design & implement intelligent features**:Anomaly Detection**, **Root Cause Analysis**, **AI-Powered Alerts**.
- Integrate **GenAI technologies** to drive smarter operations.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and availability across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- enterprise software development & architecture.: 3 years (required)
- AIOps, CMDB, Observability, Automation, and DCIM: 3 years (required)
- Java, Spring, Spring Cloud: 2 years (required)
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.: 3 years (preferred)
- DevOps, Agile/Scrum.: 3 years (preferred)
- AI/ML and GenAI: 3 years (preferred)
