We are hiring a skilled and strategic **Business Process & Data Engagement Lead** to drive stakeholder engagement and business alignment across functions and countries during an SAP S/4HANA transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans for the program workstream.
- Identify people-related risks and resistance, and collaborate with PCM teams on mitigation plans.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define KPIs and business value drivers.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs for business case alignment and decision-making readiness.
- Act as a neutral facilitator aligning stakeholders such as Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Develop engagement decks and communication material to support stakeholder buy-in.
- Partner with Change Management and Program Governance teams.
- Support organizational change efforts and evaluate impacts on the target operating model.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement or business process alignment.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills.
- SAP S/4HANA program experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and align diverse stakeholder groups.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
