Junior Graphic Designer Data Analyst

**Graphic Design**:

- **Branding & Visual Identity**: Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all assets.
- **Basic Photo Editing**: Support the design team by performing basic image editing, retouching, and resizing using Photoshop and Canva.
- **Presentation Design**: Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations with graphics, charts, and other design elements to effectively communicate information.

**Data Analysis**:

- **Data Collection & Reporting**: Gather data from internal and external sources, input it into Excel, and create reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing, sales, and other projects.
- **Data Interpretation**: Help analyze data trends and present actionable insights to the team, using both visual and written formats.
- **Excel Support**: Assist in preparing basic Excel spreadsheets, managing data using functions like pivot tables, and creating simple visualizations (e.g., charts and graphs) to present data trends.
- **Performance Tracking**: Assist with tracking the effectiveness of design campaigns and digital marketing efforts, including social media engagement and website traffic.
- **Collaboration**: Work with senior designers, marketing teams, and analysts to support data-driven design decisions and optimize design strategies based on performance metrics.

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, marketers, and analysts to deliver projects that balance both creative vision and data insights.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in managing and coordinating ad-hoc tasks, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high standards for both design and analysis.
- **Research & Trend Analysis**: Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, as well as industry-related data analysis techniques.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Fresh Graduate**: Recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or strong passion for design and data).
- **Basic Graphic Design Tools**: Proficiency in design tools such as **Canva** and **PowerPoint**. Familiarity with **Adobe Photoshop** and **Illustrator** is a strong advantage.
- **Data Analysis Skills**: Basic proficiency in **Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, and chart creation). Knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to focus on both design accuracy and data integrity.
- **Research Skills**: Ability to analyze trends and conduct online research for both design inspiration and data insights.
- **Communication**: Ability to present both design concepts and data findings clearly to both creative and non-creative team members.
- **Attitude**: Positive, proactive, and eager to learn. Must be adaptable and open to taking on a variety of tasks.
- **Self-Transport**: Must be able to manage your own transport to and from the office.
