**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Procurement Intern** to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement and supply chain operations, providing valuable exposure to sourcing, vendor management, and purchase processes within a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing **purchase orders (POs)** and maintaining procurement records.
- Support the team in **sourcing products, suppliers, and quotations**.
- Help monitor **order tracking**, delivery timelines, and follow-ups with vendors.
- Conduct basic **market research** for product comparison and pricing.
- Assist in maintaining an **updated vendor database** and filing procurement documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for procurement-related requests.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields**.
- Good communication skills in English and [insert local language].
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- High level of **accuracy and attention to detail**.
- Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work independently with guidance.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
