Maximise income while minimising expenses to achieve Club Budget
- Design and promote activities to meet member demand and generate revenue in line with business objectives
- Advertise and promote the club to attract new members
- Maintain high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on member retention
- Drive an outstanding member experience in the club, focusing on member interaction.
- Coach and mentor subordinates to enable them to reach their potential and deliver results
- Recruit, train and supervise staff, including managing staff rosters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Commission pay
