**Position Summary**

The role will focus on growing and maximising company sales channels through detailed marketplace analysis and positive brand representation across various social media channels. Analytics and understanding results of actions is also a key element of this role, so an understanding of online shopping behavior is also essential.

Performs duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Optimise company Brand and product presentation across our entire online presence, including keyword research and pricing strategies for the purpose of maximising sales and profitability.

5. Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms

6. Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions

7. Work with the marketing team to optimize sales and profitability of paid media, search and other partner channels and identify, develop and execute initiatives to drive brand awareness, acquisition and positive customer sentiment

8. Provide reports and insights to make recommendations based on sales, forecasts, conversion, promotions, marketing channel performance, and other web analytics data

9. Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and e-commerce platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

**Qualifications required**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (preferred)

At least 1 year of working experience in the industry in related to Digital Marketing and E-commerce

Experience with research using data analytics software and ability to make recommendations based on data-driven information

Experience in using social media platform such as Facebook Ad Manager and Google Ads, including setting budgets are compulsory

Ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of e-commerce sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
