Marketing Executive

A. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to promote property developments projects.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive analysis.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers.
• Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel, providing support and information to convert leads into sales.
• Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and provide support for sales activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate marketing efforts and achieve goals.
• Assist in collaboration with external vendors to enhance brand visibility and support sales activities.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels including websites, brochures, flyers, advertisements, digital content & print materials.
• Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing collateral.
• Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with the company's brand message.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, developing engaging content to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Assist in implementing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and drive traffic to the website.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of digital campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to improve effectiveness.
• Develop and manage digital marketing blasting campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with potential buyers.
• Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase property developments.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure events are effectively targeted and generate high-quality leads
• Assist in managing event logistics, materials, and communication to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor and manage the company's online presence, including social media profiles and review sites.
• Conduct regular market analysis to understand competitive positioning and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present reports on marketing activities, campaign results, and market insights to the marketing manager.
• Assist in collaboration with respective team to produce a cost effective and competitive housing product.
• Any administrative task when required by the Manager.

- Meticulous and detail oriented
- proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese
- Preferable with 1 years of experience in property development – Marketing related.
- Candidate must possess a minimum Diploma/Degree
- Based in Alor Setar, Kedah.
- Develop strategies, coordinate events & travel within Kedah.
